Det spørgsmål er nok det jeg får mest fra min mand !
Og nej jeg er ikke alkoholiker.
Faktisk drikker jeg yderst sjældent alkohol. I det hele taget drikker jeg alt alt for lidt væske gennem dagen.
Det er derfor han hver dag…. og ofte…. stiller mig dét spørgsmål 🙂
Jeg føler simpelthen ikke rigtig tørst, så jeg øver mig hver dag i at drikke vand og komme op på bare 1-1 1/2 l væske. Nu hvor sommeren for alvor begynder at banke på og en hedebølge nærmer sig i weekenden, ved vi jo godt, at det er ekstra vigtigt, at få masser af væske og derfor vil jeg lige lave et gentagelses indlæg (jeg viste ideen for 2 år siden).
Nemlig ideen med at dække sine glas til så der ikke kommer bier og andre små kravl i.
Nedenstående idé har jeg også vist tidligere (et par år siden) og den er både nem og super effektiv.
Lav et hul i en muffins form og stik en ispind igennem, så løber isen ikke ned af armen, men lander istedet i muffins formen:

Ha´ en forrygende god dag og ikke mindst god sommer. Lad os håbe at den bliver lidt endnu (bare ikke med 30 grader hver dag).
